Terms and Conditions — 588gam Pakistan Gaming Platform

1 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 588gam platform you must meet the following requirements without exception. These conditions exist to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 588gam is strictly an adults-only platform and we do not knowingly permit underage individuals to create accounts or participate in any gaming activity.
• You must be registering on your own behalf using your own personal details. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You may only hold one active account on 588gam. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, device, payment method or household — are not allowed and will be closed.
• You confirm that you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion agreement or platform ban at the time of registration.

588gam reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during your account lifetime. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, bank statement or other document confirming your identity and payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals held pending until verification is complete.

2 Account Rules

Your 588gam account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your login credentials, so keeping your password secure and not sharing access with anyone else is essential.

• Choose a strong password and do not share it with family members, friends or anyone else. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device. 588gam cannot be held responsible for losses or unauthorised transactions that occur on a shared device where you have remained logged in.
• Your account balance is denominated in PKR. All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are recorded and processed in Pakistani Rupees.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your registered payment methods belong to you. Third-party payments — deposits from or withdrawals to accounts not in your name — are not accepted and may trigger an account review.
• Accounts that show no activity for an extended period may be marked as dormant. 588gam will attempt to contact you via your registered details before applying any dormant account policy.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

588gam supports a range of Pakistan-friendly payment methods. All transactions are processed in PKR with no hidden conversion charges applied by the platform.

Supported payment methods include: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may change and the current list is shown on the deposit and withdrawal pages of the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown at the time of requesting a withdrawal and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa this is typically within one minute.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within five minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times.
• 588gam does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 588gam's control.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use payment accounts registered in your own name. Mismatched payment details will delay or prevent processing and trigger a verification request.
• If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not submit multiple withdrawal requests for the same amount as this complicates processing.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers on 588gam are provided as additional value to players. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games and expiry dates, which are published alongside the offer.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. The order in which real money and bonus funds are used for bets is shown in your account balance breakdown.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Welcome bonuses are for new players making their first deposit only. They cannot be claimed again on existing accounts under any circumstances.
• 588gam reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn before you have completed its wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance will be removed but real-money funds will not be affected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a bonus conversion — is not permitted and constitutes grounds for account suspension.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity across the 588gam platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots and fish games.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 588gam does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in cases where a technical error on the platform's side can be demonstrated.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface before you place a bet.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game — such as a disconnection — the game result will be determined by the game studio's own records. 588gam will apply the outcome as confirmed by the studio.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until a bet is placed. The odds shown at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of the sportsbook, particularly around significant events in a match. Bets already confirmed before a suspension are not affected.
• Palpable errors in odds — for example, a clear misprint where a team is offered at odds far outside the realistic range — may be voided by 588gam at its discretion. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Cricket, PSL, T20 international and football markets follow the official results as declared by the relevant governing body. Result disputes are resolved using official scorecards and match records.

6 Responsible Gaming

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 588gam. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any way that is not through normal manual browser or app use.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, manipulate or exploit any part of the 588gam platform, its games or its payment systems.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any other game type to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions or any other financial crime. 588gam cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into such activity.
• Creating accounts on behalf of minors or allowing anyone under 18 to access your account or place bets.

• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

588gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion. The circumstances under which this may occur include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicious transaction patterns that warrant further investigation.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate restricting access.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 588gam will aim to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player via their registered contact details. If the investigation concludes with no breach found, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released promptly.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting support. Real-money balances in voluntarily closed accounts that have met all wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

9 Limitation of Liability

588gam provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and a smooth experience, there are circumstances beyond our control that may affect service availability.

• 588gam is not liable for losses arising from internet outages, device failures, power cuts or any other connectivity issue on the player's side that interrupts a gaming session.
